Ruth Hall

Through her dedication and focused attention, Ruth helped a two-year-old boy be rightfully placed back with his parents. Since, Ruth has taken on two more cases and has also agreed to serve on the Project Recruit Committee – a program that targets the recruitment of African-American volunteers.
