John Outtz

John has been a strong voice in his CASA teen’s life for several years now. John knew that his teen just needed to have someone he could look up to and get a positive message from. Although the teen seemed a little reluctant at first, John forged on and eventually helped him get accepted to the Job Corps. His teen is also looking forward to the future and plans to attend college.
