Allie Chang Ray

Executive Director

Allie has been with CASA since 1999. She was our first Director of Development, and in 2000, became the Executive Director. Prior, she worked for Children’s Miracle Network® of Greater St. Louis and worked in Missouri state government as a children and families advisor to former Lieutenant Governor / Governor Roger B. Wilson.
