Resources for CASA Volunteers
In order to better serve St. Louis County boys and girls, we require that each volunteer advocate complete 12 hours of in-service training each year. Movies/documentaries and books are worth one to two hours of in-service training. Exact value is determined by the Case Advocacy Supervisor.
Additionally, we’ve provided a list of links to external sites related to the profession of social work, health, child development and public child welfare. We encourage you to visit these sites on a regular basis, as they’re frequently updated with new information.
