Giving Tree Donations
This year, Whole Foods Market, AON, United Health Care, Collier Turley Martin Tucker and GE Business Properties collected gifts for the CASA children. CASA Scoops Up Some Fun at Ben and Jerry's in Creve Coeur
The Friends of CASA held an ice cream fundraiser at the Ben & Jerry’s location in Creve Coeur. With the temperature close to 100 degrees, everyone enjoyed their tasty cool treats. A percentage of the evening’s proceeds were donated to CASA of St. Louis County. Click here for more>>>.

St. Louis Goes BLUE for CASA
The Do Something BLUE for CASA campaign last April brought the community together, raised awareness of CASA’s mission to serve abused and neglected children and raised funds to train and support 10 new CASA advocates for one year. Click here for more>>>.

CASA Trivia Night
Supporters of CASA showed off their trivia skills at the Trivia Night to benefit CASA of St. Louis County on Saturday, March 31st, 2007. Thanks to CASA volunteer, Mary Verbanaz, for organizing this event. More than $3,000 was raised, which will fund recruitment, training and support for one new CASA advocate for one year. Holiday Shopping at Toys “R” Us Benefits Kids
An evening of holiday shopping was enjoyed by all at the Toys R Us locations in Sunset Hills and Mid Rivers on December 10th. Shoppers enjoyed refreshments, a fun scavenger hunt and the chance to win door prizes. Five percent of all purchases made that evening were donated back to CASA in toys for the holidays. CASA of St. Louis County appreciates the continued support of Toys R Us to help make the holidays merrier for the CASA children. Thanks to everyone who came out and shopped for a cause!

Winter Wonderland at Tilles Park
More than a million sparkling lights invite spectators into Winter Wonderland, a holiday festival at Tilles Park, delighting adults and children alike. Thanks to our volunteers who assisted the St. Louis County Parks and Recreation Department by collecting admissions in return for a donation to CASA - Shelly Cordia, Gail Ferrer, Jennifer Guirl, Beth Krause, Bob Pennell, Ben Sandler and Diana Skeeter.

Gift Wrapping at Borders

Progressive Youth Connection Recognizes CASA
The Progressive Youth Connection (PYC) honored CASA of St. Louis County as a recipient of the World of Children Awards. CASA and Voices for Children (formerly St. Louis City CASA) shared the award and were recognized for its contributions toward furthering the well-being of area children and families. PYC is a nonprofit organization that provides violence prevention programs for youth ages 5 to 18, education and training for parents and educators as well as individual counseling and support group sessions. The Ladue News featured the award winners in their Society Section.

UPN's In your Interest Helps Spread the CASA Message
Gwen Wesley, CASA Board Member and past volunteer, represented the CASA program as a guest on In Your Interest, a public affairs show on Saturday, July 29th. Gwen spoke about the CASA program and the specific need for more African American volunteers. Thanks to Gwen and Nicole Hudson of UPN 46 for helping spread the word about CASA!

Radio Disney AM-1260 Promotes CASA
Radio Disney has a special program called “Caring is Cool” and CASA was interviewed about how families can get involved and help make a difference for kids. It aired the weekend of August 4th.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Sharing Advantage® Program
CASA of St. Louis County is teaming up with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in a unique program that enables customers who purchase or refinance a home through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to designate CASA for a $300 contribution from the Wells Fargo Foundation. The program, called Sharing Advantage®, was initiated by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to provide support for a variety of community organizations and causes worldwide. CASA Cub Club
CASA of St. Louis County introduces the 25th Anniversary CASA Cub. Wearing a commemorative t-shirt marking CASA’s 25th anniversary, CASA Cub is an exclusive opportunity to pledge a $300 total gift to CASA payable in $25 installments over the next 12 months. In the first month, a CASA Cub and a limited edition t-shirt will be sent. Thereafter, following each gift installment, a new collectible t-shirt will be sent for the CASA Cub. At the end of the club membership, the CASA club will have a wardrobe of 12 fashionable t-shirts. What a great way to show your CASA support.

St. Louis Magazine CASA
For each subscription to the magazine purchased by a supporter of CASA, St. Louis Magazine will donate a portion of the proceeds to the agency: $6 for a one-year subscription purchased at $18/ $12 for a two-year subscription purchased at $33. Home Parties Benefit CASA
Home parties provide the perfect setting to gather with family and friends for socializing and shopping. Many direct sales companies offer fundraising opportunities by hosting a party.
